Who will I be allowing into my home?

Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate professionals. Every aide is thoroughly trained and undergoes Level 2 background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Will I have the same aide every day?

Yes. Continuity of care is a top priority. We strive to assign the same caregiver to each client. If your regular aide is unavailable for any reason, we’ll send a skilled replacement to ensure uninterrupted service.

How far in advance do I need to schedule services?

We recommend at least 24 hours’ notice. However, same-day service is often available for urgent needs.

Can I meet the caregiver before starting services?

Yes. We begin every case with a complimentary in-home assessment by a registered nurse. During this visit, we review care needs, medical history, and personal preferences to ensure the best caregiver match.
