Full Time - Registered Nurse Home Health

Part Time - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Description Summary:
Our SLPs work with patients managing dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive-communication deficits right in their homes, where real function and real progress go hand in hand. You will collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to integrate speech goals into the full plan of care, and you will work with patients who are genuinely motivated to recover because they are doing it in their own space.
