Pete is an experienced business professional, with a passion for building exceptional companies. He holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, where he was captain of the varsity men’s soccer team. With a deep-rooted family connection to healthcare, Pete plays a vital role in ensuring Health at Home’s operations are second to none.
Carissa Grone
Carissa Grone is a trusted home health leader with over 12 years of experience, including seven years as a field RN. Before joining Health at Home as President, she served as a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance Nurse, and Director of Clinical Services, and began her career as an ER and Trauma Nurse.
Carissa is passionate about building a company culture where clinicians feel supported, valued, and proud of the care they provide—because she believes that when Health at Home is the best place to work, it naturally becomes the best place for patients to receive care. Her leadership is guided by the simple principle of delivering the level of care she would want for her own family – delivered by clinicians she would trust with her loved ones.
Carissa holds her BSN from the University of Central Florida and her ADN from Indian River State College. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, mama to two teenagers, lover of dogs, and a devoted White Monster drinker.
