President
Carissa Grone, RN, BSN, is the President of Health at Home and a passionate advocate for transforming the way care is delivered in the home. Her career has spanned emergency and trauma nursing, field home health, clinical leadership, quality assurance, and executive leadership, providing her with a deep understanding of the patient journey from hospital to home.
Carissa believes extraordinary care begins with extraordinary people. She is committed to building a culture where employees feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do meaningful work every day because she believes that when Health at Home is the best place to work, it naturally becomes the best place for patients and families to receive care.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and relentless pursuit of excellence, Carissa is passionate about improving communication across the healthcare continuum, creating seamless transitions home, and developing innovative programs that help patients recover safely, maintain their independence, and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. Every decision is guided by one simple question: Would this be good enough for my own family?
Outside of work, Carissa enjoys spending time with her husband, her two teenagers, and their rescued dogs. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines as a football mom or helping shape the future of home healthcare, she believes people always come first.
Marlene Vialet
Director of Clinical Services
Marlene Vialet, RN is an experienced healthcare leader with over 10 years in the healthcare industry, including cardiac care, maternal-child health, women’s health, and home health. She has served in leadership roles as a Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical Services, and Executive Director, where she has focused on quality patient care, team development, and clinical excellence.
Marlene is passionate about supporting clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and creating a culture where both employees and patients feel valued. She believes that every patient deserves the same compassionate, high-quality care she would want for her own family.
Outside of work, Marlene is married to the love of her life and is the proud mother of two teenagers and one young adult. She is a devoted dog lover and enjoys cheering on her family at baseball and volleyball events.
Jason Paukune
Director of Business Development
Jason Paukune is a healthcare leader with more than 15 years of industry experience and over a decade in senior‑level leadership. As the Director of Business Development at Health at Home, he drives strategic growth initiatives, strengthens referral partnerships, and expands access to high‑quality home health services across the communities the organization serves.
With a bachelor’s degree and double major in Management and Marketing, Jason blends business expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare operations to develop strategies that support organizational growth while keeping patient outcomes at the center. Known for collaborative leadership and strategic thinking, he works closely with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners to ensure patients receive compassionate, coordinated care where they are most comfortable.
A lifelong Martin County local, Jason lives just five doors down from the home his father built by hand, an exciting story featured on Florida Sportsman Project Dreamboat. Outside of healthcare, he is a licensed boat captain, an avid outdoorsman, and a proud father of three. His roots in the community and commitment to service shape both his professional mission and personal values.
Kristin Curl
Administrator
Kristin Curl is a dedicated healthcare executive and lifelong Treasure Coast resident with a passion for serving her community through exceptional home healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and has built her career around creating efficient, patient-centered systems that support outstanding care.
With several years of experience in home health, Kristin has held every major non-clinical leadership role within the industry, giving her a comprehensive understanding of operations from the ground up. Her background spans scheduling, intake, human resources, recruiting, business development, compliance, operations, and executive leadership, allowing her to see challenges from every perspective and develop practical solutions to even the most complex situations.
Kristin understands that home healthcare is built on trust and that every referral, phone call, and transition home represents a family relying on Health at Home during an important moment in their lives. She leads with a strong sense of urgency, recognizing that timely communication, seamless coordination, and thoughtful problem solving can make a meaningful difference in both patient outcomes and the overall care experience.
As a lifelong Treasure Coast resident, Kristin takes great pride in serving the community she has always called home. She is committed to continuous improvement, empowering her team, and fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence so every patient receives the personalized, high-quality care they deserve.
Pete Jannelli
Vice President
Pete is an experienced business professional with a passion for building exceptional companies. At Health at Home, he leads finance, operations, and growth strategy, aligning the business side of the agency with the clinical side so that quality of care and operational discipline reinforce each other rather than compete.
Healthcare is the family business. Pete has family members working as field nurses and physicians, and others who have spent entire careers inside healthcare organizations. That perspective shapes how he runs the agency. He understands the work a clinician does in the field, and he holds the organization to a simple standard: every client is someone’s parent, spouse, or grandparent, and the care they receive should reflect that.
He holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, where he was captain of the varsity men’s soccer team. He still gives back to the soccer world as a volunteer coach.
Pete lives with his wife, their son, and their mini goldendoodle.
