The Health at Home Story

At Health at Home, we’ve never believed that care is just about tasks, treatments, or appointments. It’s about helping someone regain confidence after a hospitalization. It’s about helping a spouse feel less overwhelmed. It’s about helping an adult child sleep better at night, knowing Mom is safe. And sometimes, it’s simply about showing up when someone needs a helping hand.

We started with a simple mission: provide exceptional care to seniors where they live. For many years, our focus was serving residents in select senior living communities throughout Southeast Florida, building relationships and delivering the kind of personalized care that helps people remain safe, independent, and connected to the lives they love.

Through those relationships, we saw firsthand the difference compassionate, relationship-driven care could make. We also recognized that the same support was needed far beyond the walls of senior living communities. Families throughout our neighborhoods were facing many of the same challenges and deserved access to the same level of care.

So we expanded our reach, bringing skilled home health services and private duty care into homes across Southeast Florida while continuing to grow and invest in senior living communities that remain an important part of who we are today.
